He is always willing to listen to your concerns about treatments (financial & otherwise). Like all practitioners, he does things they way he feels is best. It does not mean there aren't other ways to do similar care treatments but just as if you were the patient, you are in the drivers seat and can make educated decisions for your pet with the advice of a caring staff and Veterinarian. For these reasons and more, I do recommend Howard County Animal Hospital.”

“Puppy training - Nate is great and very understanding if things come up or you are running late. Grooming - Valerie is amazing. She has her own standard poodle so she is very familiar with that breed (if you have a poodle definitely go to her!). She groomed our puppy for the first time and my puppy came out perfect and not fearful/scared at all. We will be coming here exclusively for grooming even though it is about 15 minutes further than our closest Petsmart. Store - they offer free samples on the first Saturday of every month (this information may be old --> please double check) and have some great/fun engaging events for your pup. Always very helpful and you can tell they care about animals and are very knowledgeable.”

“Outstanding service and knowledgeable, kind staff! I had to call after hours to leave a message for the specialist. She called back within 5 minutes to discuss what was going on with my dog. She and a nurse (Katie) stayed until we got there (almost two hours later) and treated us happily. Katie was amazing and even helped me get the dog out of the car in the freezing cold. She was also impressively good with him considering he is NOT an easy dog to treat. I was amazed he didn’t give them any problems which just goes to show how great and trusting these people are! Even though it was after hours they both took their time answering my questions and didn’t make me feel like I needed to rush out of there. I even was able to call back the next day to arrange payment options (thank you care credit!). All of the staff I dealt with was genuinely happy to be dealing with me. How refreshing in this day and age of bad customer service. Every penny spent was WELL worth it. I would go back here a million times over and recommended it highly!”
