“I usually have a good experience at this dental office (now under new owner and called Aberdeen Family Dental). The office is easy to locate and parking is readily available in the back. The staff is wonderful and professional. Dr. Houston isn't what I would call nice or personable BUT she is very professional. For those that the following may convern: I will say that if you experince high anxiety or sensory issues, you may want to really talk to Dr. Houston about whether or not it is appropriate for you to become a patient. For myself, I made note that I do have high anxiety and I typically do not do well with dentists because of past experiences. I also made sure to annotate that in my records. Today, I left in tears and feeling like horrible because I knew that she was annoyed with me and how often we had to stop during a filling. After a while, I could tell by her demeanor and short, jerky movements that she wanted to hurry and finish. I will say that when I apologized for being such an annoyance (I was being 100% sincere because I was fustrated with myself), she did tell me that I wasn't an annoyance, just difficult. Although she said it dismissivelyl, I did appreciate her taking the time to say that. Again, I typically have a good experience but I have noticed that she does not respond well to patients that, unfortunately, are a bit more difficult than the usual. All in all, this IS a great dental office and I recommend it to my friends. IF you do have high anxiety or sensory issues, I would recommend either looking for someone that knows how to handle that or have a face to face conversation with Dr. Houston.”

“I've been living here for sometime now and I can honestly say I'm happy to call this place my home. Office staff is very cool guys and I always visit them on my free time. The staff is very helpful if there are any issues with my apartment. Josh is a very cool guy, if you ever need help or questions answer I would ask for him. Also the way the keeps the grounds clean is impressive. Very clean and peaceful neighborhood. Happy to call this home.”

I’ve always received my unique pieces of jewelry in a timely manner and not to mention, they respond very quickly to messages. I remember when my jewelry was damaged during transport and I had reached out. “5 Stars all the way! I have had a life insurance policy with State Farm since 1988. My former agent was great, but he retired 2 years ago. The agent that replaced him was non-responsive, so I stopped by Stephen Simmons office in Aberdeen. I talked to Chelsea and she had the policy switched over to their office. She basically took care of the entire process, following up with the other agent and communicating with me until my request was completed. It is SO nice to have someone actually answer the phone when you call and follow up so thoroughly! Thanks Chelsea!!”

“I lived at the Osprey for almost 2 years. Let’s just say I loved it! From day one the team at the leasing office and the maintenance team were nothing but amazing! When I say no issues. If any, they handled it immediately! I would like to say my son loved stopping at the office every morning to greet everyone before heading out to daycare. Dawson, Josh, Hannah and Kelly were awesome. Rachel the Manager made sure we were taken care of during our stay. I’d recommend this place if you ever decide to move to Aberdeen or the Harford county area. I can’t forget about the neighbors. We all looked out for each other in our building. Thank you again to the staff at The Osprey Apartments for a great stay. We will never forget you all!”
