“We had an appointment for 1/29 @ 19:00 to pick up a load. We arrived to the facility early, around 15:30. We were asked to park in the staging area and then walk in to meet with Shipping. The staff in the office were kind of dry, but not rude. They put me in a door right away. They didn't start loading us until 19:45 (appt was 19:00). Put on your seat belt though, it was a rough loading. Once they started loading, it was only 30 minutes before we got the green light. We were pulling away from the facility by 20:45 (only 1 hour from start of loading). They had nice clean restrooms to use. Take a key with you (any key), you will need it to unlock the bathroom door. Moral of our story, don't come early.”
