He was very helpful with the whole insurance process, was always available for any questions, was even here when the insurance adjuster came (who does that?), made sure that everything was covered, and even helped the adjuster with issues the adjuster himself was having. Sam dealt with them on the phone several times to prevent my getting stressed. He had ultimate patience as the whole process took a few months. He provided an electronic contract that was easy to understand and sign. The people working on the roof were pleasant, respectful, and efficient. They arrived exactly on time, replaced the roof within the day, and did an IMPRESSIVE job cleaning up. Not even one nail lying around. Everything from start to finish was efficient, seamless, and professional. It was an excellent and stress-free experience with this stellar company. You will be very, very happy!”
