“I can't speak more highly of the staff at Jefferson place. Lionel the maintenance person has been outstanding. When I leave a request for maintenance he always gets back to me the same day. He comes in to my apartment and has the upmost professionalism and decorum. I am blessed to have him here at Jefferson Place. He answers all of my questions when I have an issue. I really haven't had many issues, because the staff are up to date with all of the maintenance and upkeep of the property. I am looking forward to the Spring season. It is going to be awesome to use the beautiful pool that we have here on the property. If you are thinking about a move, downsizing or have questions about apartment living, I would 100% recommend Jefferson Place. It's proudly where I call home. These apartments and property are maintained with love and care. So far all of the residents are just wonderful human beings. We have fantastic Sunsets and Sunrises here! Like the Beatles sang "Here comes the sun!" and "All we need is Love!"”

“Martina did a fantastic job helping my wife and I sell our longtime Jefferson, MD home in the Spring of 2022. Martina's name was given to us through a local friend, and from the start Martina was a cut above. Knowledgeable, creative, direct, caring: these are all words I would use to describe her. Her vast experience in the real estate profession, as well as nuanced knowledge of local areas and homes, helped ease the confusion out of a stressful process! Her support of a seller property inspection and needed renovations consultations were memorable. She went above and beyond in her role to help my wife and I and our family get our house sold and move out of state. In the end, my wife and I will miss Martina, not just for her assistance, but for "who she is". What a wonderful treasure. If I could give six stars for this review I would.”

“Our family lived here in 2020-21 and we leased a fully renovated unit with all new appliances, which was great value. From the easy signing of lease agreement remotely (Rachel accommodated all our requests, video tour, numerous questions etc) to dealing with the office while we lived there, I don't have any complaints about the management team. The maintenance guys when needed were also prompt, polite, and did their job well. Moving out was smooth and stress-free. The complex itself is a pleasant and safe environment, so I recommend it for families. It didn't prohibit smoking though, but it seems many complexes in MD don't.”

“We went on a cold rainy day and the place was slow but the bar tender /server was so cheerful, warm and friendly. She recommended several drinks and described them and had a wonderful personality We took our time I enjoyed my Bahama momma, and our hamburgers were outstanding. Mostly it was the bar tender on that gray wet day that made it a great time. Will be back.”
