The owners are extremely friendly, supportive, encouraging and truly seem to love helping people achieve their fitness goals. Their support for our military, law enforcement and first responders is wonderful and refreshing. I’ve never experienced another gym quite like it. It’s awesome to have a facility like this 5 minutes from home with that hometown feel. It’s clean and has everything you would need for your fitness goals.
