“Here's the situation:. In 2016, the family bought a vehicle through another dealership, and, within 14 months, that car fell apart, and, we were left with a rust-bucket, and, a $4000.00 loan debt. We stopped by United, to see if they were as genuine, and, honest as the reviews online commented. Sure enough, Kevin, and, his entire team were extremely professional, courteous, and informative. They were willing for us to take the Toyota Corolla to our mechanic for a pre-inspection, and, there was absolutely zero pressure to make a dollar from us. “I have twin sons who recently got their licenses. They shared a 2009 Honda Civic and unfortunately one of them was in a horrific accident that we were blessed he was able to walk away from. 5 days later we were car shopping and was more than a bit overwhelmed visiting multiple used car dealers and finding out there were soooo many hidden fees (that were expensive). “My 18 was looking for a vehicle preferably an SUV. Went by J&J Auto and look at a couple and test drove a few. The cars were clean and reasonable price. When to another used car place to see what they had, the cars were filthy inside, nobody came out to talk to me so we left. Went back to J&J and look at a few more vehicles, walked away with a price on one, we were not quite sure if that was the vehicle we wanted. Jay called us back a few days later and said I know you were looking at the SUV but I found something better for you. We went back to see what he had and he was right. Jay found a newer vehicle with 1/2 the miles of the one we looked at. Jay let us see it before it was even detailed. Boy were we shocked when we went back for it. It was sparkly clean on the outside and looked brand new on the inside. So we have a new used 2011 SUV. Definitely will recommend J&J Auto to all my friends. We also dealt with Ms. Chris there and she was great. J&J Auto is family run, from Jerry, Jay & Chris in the office to their children who detail the cars. It was a good first experience for my 18 year old.”
