“In all honesty, buying insurance is like getting a root canal: You don't want to do it, it's going to be painful, but you know you have to so you just do it despite the agony. In this case, yes, I had to do it as I was buying a new home. My wife and I checked a couple of companies in line and had even gone so far as setting up a policy with our auto insurance company (big name known for some woman with a price gun). When our mortgage company found out, they redirected me to Liberty and Karen. The root canal images were getting worse. But ...... So, yes, working with Karen is far better than getting a root canal.”
