(March 13, 2020, 2:10 pm)We had water backing up in our basement any time we flushed a toilet or ran the water. We contacted Jack's Plumbing immediately as we were expecting visitors that day. Jack was able to come out within an hour, took the time to explain his plan, and cleared the clog. He stayed to test and make sure that everything was running smoothly before leaving. We very much appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism and will use his service again if needed.
