However, they were the opposite of these reviews. Instead, they were very professional and quick to respond. I spoke with Karen who was pleasant and helpful. The part was in stock and a repairman fixed it the very next day. I have a working fridge now. It was such an easy experience. Anyway... They could be better about sale signs and where they are placed (only in one spot for an isle or multiple places of applicable items) or make price-checkers available.
