After one call to a supervisor to discuss what had been done to date and how I would like to proceed, they took care of us with exceptional customer service. Know that their pricing is higher than other plumbers because they're designed to fix emergencies quickly. If you don't have an emergency, another plumber will be less expensive, but roto-rooter will come out same day in most cases. And when it truly is an emergency, that's worth it.”
