“My entire family had back to back appointments and the staff at Fells Point Dental was so accommodating! They let my son watch my cleaning and explained every step so he would feel at ease. They were patient with my wiggly 4 year old and were so kind with my screaming 1 year old at her first appointment ever. The front desk staff was very welcoming and my kids could comfortably play in the corner while they waited for their appointments. It was overall a great experience!”

“We were staying in the Country Inn suites at the next hotel, the laundry door was locked and the attendant named Marilyn, who was a very rude person, didn't even try to open the door. although we did not stay in this hotel, we came and asked if we could use the laundry? A very sympathetic middle-aged lady at the front desk took care of us and said of course you can use it, and didn't even charge. Her hospitality and communication was very sincere, I would like to thank her again from here. unfortunately, the manager of the country inn hotel, named Marilyn, is joking with people that she is the manager on purpose, instead of having her do housekeeping work only on the floors.”
