“So one day I got up to go to school and decided to take my bike with me so It'll be much faster to get to the bus stop (bus #014) to go to my campus. Long story short, I was half awake when I got off the bus and only realized that my bike was still in the bike rack of the bus when it left! I called them right after my class was over and they were really helpful and nice :) They reassured that my bike was safe in their inventory for a month until I come and pick it up (but they prefer it if you pick your lost item soon). Thinking that it will be an easy nearby pick up, they told me the address of where I can get my bike........ in BALTIMORE..... And I live in ANNAPOLIS!!! I am not very good with directions AT ALL nor am I very fond of getting lost, but I wanted to get back my bike so I just googled the directions (thanks to google maps) and went out of my way by taking 2 bus rides, a light rail (to and from the division of lost and found)! Along the way, I managed to ask MTA drivers and staff about directions and they all so kindly told me where to go exactly! I am giving MTA 5 stars because whenever I asked them about which bus or stop I need to take (because google maps bugged out on me), they explained to me clear directions and I managed to not get lost (and that says quite a lot coming from a person with no sense of directions)! And so....... I GOT MY BIKE BACK as of today!!! Not only was I relieved that I got my bike back, I also found a whole new respect for these amazing people :) The journey took approximately 3+ hours if someone was wondering that :P”
