“I would give 5 stars, but their communication to customers could use some improvement. My car looks great, and Mina at the front desk is a sweetheart, and they’re going to let me bring my tag in to put it on my car for free (I forgot it when I brought my car in post accident). I was told by my adjuster it would be ready the 6th or 7th which it was, but I received only one customer email from them that said it would be ready on the 13th. Thankfully, I had called a few times and was able to pick my car up on the 7th, after it was finished. When I called after getting the email saying it would be another week, I was told my car was already almost completely finished. If I hadn’t called I don’t know how long my car would’ve sat done on the lot. For people who are renting cars in the interim our of pocket this is a big deal. Other than that, the service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to family and friends in the area!”
