Every time I call the office for anything I get a lot of help everyone in the office is very nice. Crystal is always helpful for me. Raymond is nice to talk to too. The only problem I have is with the high rent but I know it's like that everywhere

Enjoyed my stay in apartment building D minus the rude neighbors I had on the 1st floor that would purposely stratch my car b/c I told him that was disgusting to urinate in the parking lot. I’m sad I wasn’t able to stay due to the price hike. Originally was paying $861/m for a 1bd/1b 700sq and it’s went up to $1300 and some change for renewal. Whew chile, that was a lot for me! But then again, that was during the covid shutdown (April 2020).🫣😫I honestly would reside here again & I recommend to others. But then again, I was in building D, which was very quiet on my floor, never felt unsafe outside walking around (day & night) and never had any trouble w/ my car or guests (towing wise).
