The guys showed up that week on time and we’re finished by the end of the day. The following weekend I had them come do my air ducts and I can’t say enough good things about Anthony and his co-worker (can’t remember his name) but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us!!!! This location does not provide vending machines and/or bathrooms. I only mention because I see many folks complaining about that but I don't see the issue in this. “Due to ongoing iron issues in our well water, we signed up for laundry wash and fold with pickup and delivery. The pickup/delivery is very convenient with a 4 day turn around. It is basic laundry, nothing special required and so far I have been pleased with how everything has been washed and folded. The bags are provided by the company, they are sturdy and protect from the elements while waiting for pick up or when delivered. Clean clothes are also wrapped in a plastic bag, which prevented them from getting soaked on a recent rainy day. We had one issue with a bag not being returned on drop off day. An email to Charmane produced a quick follow up with a satisfactory result. I feel very confident in how responsive and professional Charmane and the company conduct business. I plan to continue using them and would recommend.”

They are professional, timely, thorough, extremely well-informed on the various materials and weaves of rugs, and offered me great advice on how to prolong their life in my home. I used area rug cleaning, pet stain removal, and repair. In fact, Capital recommended I NOT get a rug rebound and instead simply trimmed the binding and it looks brand new. Not many people know but Lisa is also a talented seamstress and can even make clothing I've had her make multiple wedding dresses for friends of mine as well as last minute alterations. Her prices maybe a bit higher then others in the neighborhood but you get what you pay for with this definitely, high quality organic cleaning with all the bells and whistles. My dress shirts always come back looking brand new with a collar guard and neatly folded arm sleeves. I appreciate this because other stores are not consistent with this or don't do it at all! Makes a world of difference to me. Take my word when i say her skills with cleaning and clothing is limitless. I still travel there to get one of a kind service and to keep in touch which is worth the travel for me from VA. This should speak volumes of what kind of person she is. Theres never been a time as well within reason if i had an issue with the quality of my clothing that she didn't take care of me either! Which i know she does as well for all other respectful and reasonable customers. Great place!!!”

They have everything you need and don’t need 🤣 It’s one of those stores that you go to with a list that has couple of things on it, but then you end up coming out with a shopping cart full of everything you needed plus so much more! They have an excellent variety of everything! You can go in to grab a quick bite at the deli or Chinese food but honestly there is so much more. The store is very clean and always stocked!
