“This place has an unbeatable tile selection! Customer service is A+ and all associates are top caliber as in it feels like tile is their specialty. Their pricing is on the higher side and this is for the selective buyer seeking higher quality and greater variety than what you might find at a big box store. I bought floor, wall and shower tiles for two bathroom remodels and the looks are super stunning! The only reason I knock off a star on this review is because there has got to be a way to service returns on special order materials. The store only offers returns on stock material and hasn't figured out a way to allow turns on other items it sells. This impacted me with respect to edge finishes. I didn't even know I was looking for edge finishes on my chosen tile, and both staffers I worked sold me on edging that turned out to be a waste of money as the contractor had better ideas and stronger recommendations. Because I bought the tile ahead of the remodel so as to have the tile on hand as soon as the contractor needed it, I was out $53.11 in one bathroom and $147.57 in the other to total $200.68 and I have edging I can't get rid of other than to throw it away. “We have been utilizing Home Instead's services for just about two years now, first with Mom and Dad and now, with just Mom. They come each week day from 9am until 5pm to take care of all of Mom's needs while we're at work. Simply, they have saved her from having to go to an Assisted or Nursing facility. There is no doubt that the home care which they provide for her has extended her life and quality of life far beyond what would likely have happened in facility care. When we first started with them, we interviewed a number of potential caregivers and went through the initial processes of finding the right "fit" for everyone, including our two large dogs! Mom definitely had her favorites and Home Instead did everything within the scope of their staffing abilities to accommodate her rather finicky tastes. For the last half of a year, we have had a few of the absolute best, caring, engaging caregivers that one could hope for. More importantly, Mom is very happy and content with her routines and the help that she confidently depends on for her health and security each weekday. They even set up a 24 hour schedule which allowed me to take a break a break for the first time in more than a year! At first, I was pretty stressed about leaving her but Kim did such a great job at implementing the schedules and staffing that by the end of the six day getaway I barely knew what day it was... now that's time away! Nothing is perfect but the people that have come to take care of Mom have been so dedicated to their job and responsibilities that relinquishing Mom's day to day care and attendance has become second nature for all involved. These are truly special people that seem to care as much about my family members as they do their own.”

“The flowers were beautiful! The ordering and delivery were handled easily and efficiently. They delivered the bouquets to the hotel and the centerpieces to the venue. The bouquets were beautiful and also made perfect centerpieces. We asked for succulents in the bouquets, and they turned out perfect. They went well with our wedding colors and the succulents in the bouquets went home with the bridesmaids and are thriving. The company was extremely easy to work with through the whole process and I highly recommend them.”

“I’m new to this area but this Bel Air is my go to store! They have everything you need and don’t need 🤣 It’s one of those stores that you go to with a list that has couple of things on it, but then you end up coming out with a shopping cart full of everything you needed plus so much more! They have an excellent variety of everything! You can go in to grab a quick bite at the deli or Chinese food but honestly there is so much more. The store is very clean and always stocked! The staff is courteous and very helpful. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.”
