I stumbled upon Ivey league by word of mouth and followed those great recommendations to the gym to try it out. I immediately felt at home, the knowledgeable ,warm , patient staff made me feel Welcomed. I ended up driving 30 minutes everyday just to work out and train , with all the high level , highly experienced coaches that teach and work out there .This gym is clean, organized and family friendly . I highly recommend this gym to anyone that is an aspiring fighter, or just looking to get a good old fashioned work out in. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!”

“I had never taken a Pilates class in my life before I went to Jenn at Pilates on the Bay. After one session I left feeling so much more energized and relaxed. Then after my second session I was hooked. I never realized all of the health benefits involved with doing Pilates, it's so much different than any other exercise I have ever done. During my one on one sessions with Jenn she analyzed the way my body moved and asked if ever had pain in different areas of my body based on the way I moved, at first I thought she was psychic, then I realized she is just amazing at her job! My body is feeling better than it has in years and that is saying a lot because I have recently had a baby and I suffer from a degenerative disc in my back. Jenn has taught me the correct way to move in real life so I can minimize my chronic pain and I love her for it! I can't say enough good things about Jenn and how she has drastically improved my lifestyle and restored balance in my body!!”
