“My insurance company sent out a pathetic joke of an adjuster after we suffered significant hurricane damage. I was told my covered damage was $8,500, which was less than my $13,600 deductible and that I wouldn’t see a dime from them. Yes, my “named storm deductible” was high, but considering the extent of the damage, this made no sense to me. After frustrating exchanges with my insurance company, I contacted Noble Public Adjusting Group. Marianne Falacienski came out and did a true and accurate estimate. She was kind, understanding, compassionate, and good at what she does! It was a stressful time for me, and she assured me it would work out. Really, she’s the best! She and Tommy Browning and Josh Small held my hand while we walked through the steps. It was nice to finally have people on my side in this.
