“I cannot even begin to say how eternally grateful I Am to my Ponchatoula Volunteer Fire department! The heroes who responded were so incredibly wonderful. I do not know all of their names, but Peppy, who stayed by my side comforting and monitoring my vitals, Monique who 1st comforted me then picked up my furbaby, cradling and comforting her, Stormy who was the poppa bear, his humor and concern was a comfort. The other members for all they did. This traumatic experience was my worst nightmare. Contained to kitchen but smoke, ash and toxic stuff throughout entire house. All material, me and Gigi, my life, my furbaby, are safe. Thank you to the Angel's at Ponchatoula Fire Department. Also, a big thank you to the Police and Acadian ambulance.”

There is always someone in there that I know and the conversation is great.... Mary's son is also a first class barber, who will continue taking care of our grooming needs for, hopefully, many years to come,as well ! He is a very polite, and professional young man, and we are truly lucky to have these 2 in our community !”
