He was very pleasant, answered all my questions/concerns regarding the installation and always returned my calls which was a plus. I'd met with other roofing specialist and they were not as responsive. The project manager over the roof installation crew demonstrated the same qualities. I am pleased with the finished product. The entire experience was pleasant which helped ease the stress of dealing with all the other repairs I had to deal with on my home due to Hurricane Ida.
