It is the gym where you can go in, get a great workout, and be out without any hassle and always very very clean. Don’t pay attention to those $10 a month gyms that have a catch to it. “Joined because my daughter wanted to try it out. Now I go way more than she does. The "box and burn" sessions are my favorite, but I also do the strength and conditioning and have seen great body change results. We love Tory and Melanie, the upkeep of the fitness center, the flexibility, and technology they are investing in to build the community. Personal training sessions have helped with speed, form, and power. Not looking to ever really box or spar but Tory is also a great coach for those wanting to do that.Free first session so I'd check it out.”
