Moreover, while taking care of an issue in the attic, he noted some unrelated shoddy work that could potentially cause me problems down the road. There was zero pressure for me to have him take care of it, and he simply wanted to let me know about it. (I did ask him to address it, which he did with efficiency and minimal cost/fuss.) “Nick was my tech for today's job. I had a short somewhere in my house that caused an outage. First, he called me early asking if I minded him being early to the job. I of course wanted to get it resolved asap so I thought that was perfect. He spent overall about an hour at my house and quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it in great detail so that I could understand. After the time he spent with me the job itself was far less than competitors in the area for a simple visit so I was incredibly pleased.
