“Its a decent park, nothing special. The laundry is $3 to wash AND dry a load, honor system. So awesome, if your clothes aren't quite dry, just press the button. The bathrooms are updated and there is 1 bathroom for men, 1 for women. They include a toilet, sink, and shower. The hot water leaves something to be desired. But its warm... the town is still recovering from the hurricane. Shop local. We also stayed here so we could visit Nola. Great place, don't expect pools and luxury. Its a place to park and showers with laundry. Get the weekly rate and it's worth it. They will lend you an adapter since they only have 50amp.”

“Wonderful place out of the way right next to the train tracks. The 310 split is your back yard. People stay to themselves. Very nice bathhouse with laundry, it's all super clean with keyless locks. Rock or slab, 30 and 50amp lots. Rent is affordable with WiFi!”

“Great quiet, well maintained and clean park. Easily the nicest park in the area, with nice big concrete slabs and lots of walking areas. The owner, Anna, is very nice and so is everyone else that helps to run the park. I feel safe here with my family and know that if we have any issues we can give them a call or text and it will be resolved. I highly recommend this park if you are in the area.”
