Slingin Iron is where you need to be! The minute my boyfriend and I walked into the box we knew immediately we had found the right place. Everyone is like family and zero drama is tolerated. Justin is by far the best coach/ mentor I've ever had in my life. All the coaches are AMAZING and are always watching to make sure that your form is correct. Unfortunately, my current job relocated from Hammond to Covington so the commute became too much. We were both very sad to leave our Slingin iron family. It's the best CF box by far and would never go anywhere else. It could never come close to being at the same level as Slingin Iron. The hardest part is having the courage to walk in the front door. Once you do you'll be so glad you did. It will truly change your life. #noexcuses

The staff and Coaches have been fantastic working with me. I’m 65 years old and they understand my needs and give me the right amount of work out to keep me improving on our wellness plan for me. I recommend this program for any age and any level of fitness.

Me and my grand daughter went to pick up my son from doing a job there and the owner came up and introduced him self and offered us some water while we waited. Can't remember his name but he was so nice and kind and kept telling me how much he loved Crickettes name and told her she is a very beautiful Lil girl. She ate that up let me tell you. Now wen we pass by she always wants to stop but I told her we can't bother them while they working. So thank yall for being so kind to us both.

We have enjoyed our experience at Sling Iron so much. The childcare, the workouts, the coaching, and community of athletes is amazing.

This is an Awesome gym! They have everything from bathrooms with showers, to a track out back! The gym floor was amazing and everything was super clean. After watching the competition today, I was inspired to learn some new techniques.
