What impressed me most was that he wasn't interested in my full name... he says they do business on a first name basis. You won't find that at any large repair shop... if your lucky, they'll give you a customer ID number. Well not at Ed's... not only does he do business on a first name basis, Ed is a trustworthy & knowledgeable mechanic. He's reasonably priced & cares for his customers. I went there for A/C work on my vehicle & he had it ready in 2.5 hours... a complete A/C component install!
If you have your parts available, he'll do a labor only quote. I highly recommend Ed for all your vehicle repair needs.
