Went in today needing stain for a swing and deck. Karla was the first friendly face I saw. Very professional. They did not have stain I selected and she contacted the other McDonough store on Industrial where I got stain and again had super service.

I needed a paint match from a small section of wall provided to me by the homeowner. DeMarco took the time to ensure the match of the small section was to the exact color I needed. This allowed me to secure the project and maintain a great working relationship with the homeowner. It this not often customer service is exceeded but Demarco certainly reminded me of what this is like. Continue to this path.

The very nice gentleman who helped me find the color to go samples was awesome. I had no idea they kept the samples behind the counter, and he didn't judge me or ask me why I was just getting white (I'm a fluid paint artist) - unlike the sales associate at Home Depot who was a bit rude when I asked for other paint. All in all, a very good experience at this SW location! It was super clean, the associates wore masks, and there were protective shields in place at the registers. I highly recommend!
