“I started CrossFit about 3 months ago to get into shape. I was nervous to start because CrossFit can have a reputation for being intense. I had talked to a lot of friends that loved their local CrossFit, so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! I love the great people and atmosphere that CrossFit Zachary has to offer. It is such a welcoming and supportive community. Everyone I have met so far is there for the same reason - to feel better about themselves by achieving their personal fitness goals. CrossFit Zachary is especially good at helping people achieve their goals by first meeting you where you are. I did not expect or realize that there were so many different accommodations and modifications available for each workout. For example, I do not have very mobile wrists, but with the help of the coaches at CrossFit Zachary, that has never stopped me from completing a workout. I could go on forever about how great this place is, but I am currently late for my workout.”
