“We had a leak in my daughter's bedroom. Mr. Terry promptly came to my house and performed the leak test. His plumber Mr. Troy came within a few days to fix the problem. It took them a couple of days to take care of all of it. It was a tough job but Mr. Troy worked through it with a great attitude and dealt with me with utmost professionalism. Through all that at the end the supply line of a bathroom sink blew out and Mr. Troy got it fixed immediately. This was after them being at the job nonstop for 6 hours. I am very impressed at the service and a BIG thanks to Mr. Terry for taking care of me and doing right by me. Also .... thank you Ms. Rhonda for taking my thousand phone calls and being so ultra sweet and helpful!”
