“Ms. Penny was so helpful and very patient with us. She helped me on two separate occasions as I was searching for the perfect chairs. She was so kind and professional. She was not pushy or overbearing but gave us space to relax and test out the chairs while also being available to answer our questions. Once we finally decided on our chairs, she continued to be patient as I went back and forth trying to decide fabric colors! I can't wait for our two recliners to be delivered!
