“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The staff at Cypress Lake Animal Hospital is FANTASTIC! They always go above and beyond anything I’ve ever asked them to do. The receptionists always treat me like a friend and they love my crazy dogs like their own! The vets and vet techs are always kind and caring. They have the ability to communicate the most difficult diagnosis with compassion and in understandable terms. And let’s talk about their emergency hours! Excellent!!! I have used this COUNTLESS times and what a blessing!! ❤️ I’ve used several veterinary clinics in the area and Cypress Lake is by far the best, most affordable and friendly ! Highly recommend!”

“Mr Leo came to me to fix the thing on roof that you open for fresh air (blew off on return trip). He came on the day I called and he replaced within one hour. I was thrilled with his service! Now I have problems again and simply cannot get him to call me back? Thought he just didn’t like me until I read reviews from many others. Looking for another service close to me. “Drove an hour after hurricane Ida to the vet my cat was not doing well drs and team at cypress were very compassionate for my cat and did everything they possibly good to get him better . So pleased with the communication with the dr and staff calling with updates while my cat stayed over night. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable at the choice I made.”
