During the service, Melissa (one of the Service Advisors) informed me that I had a major issue with one of my front tires that I was completely unaware of. The issue could have caused major damage to my vehicle! Very thankful for their watchful eye and for their professional recommendations! Potentially saved me a major incident on the road!
