I gave 4 not 5 because we waited 2 days for the obituary to be posted to their site & when my sister called to inquire on when it'd be made available she was told the secretary was on vacation, and when she retired it'd be up. “We had a problem of getting our head stone put in the right spot at Louisville Memorial gardens East. Jeff who is one of the caretaker/maintenance employees saw us at the cemetery and ask if we had a problem, which we explained. He ask us a few questions and reassured us he would resolve our problem with our head stone. We went back a few days later and the head stone was put in the proper place and the ground around it was properly leveled out. Jeff took his own time to resolve our problem which was much appreciated with both of us.”
