“The best processor around. I’ve had deer processed at several places all across Kentucky and Clark’s is hands down the best. Clean, impressive operation, high quality cuts and grind, and very friendly service. I recently had an elk processed here and they did an amazing job in with a quick turnaround for a very affordable price. Also pretty cool that they do their own summer sausage and don’t outsource.”

“Our family always has a great time at Chandler Ridge. We come yearly and get together. The owners just redid the decking this year and new stain on the outside. Inside they replaced mattresses and every door was replaced. Only trouble with the place is no internet which could be a problem if you had to work remotely while you were staying there.”
