“Wish I got some names so I could call them out, but the staff was amazing. Very friendly and quick, we had stopped in our way back home. A storm was coming and they made sure to tell us to drive safe. Food was also great. This is the 2nd location I have been to, as we have one in our home town, and that one is also very friendly and quick. The employee that took our order today, seemed to have an extra dose of kindness with taking our order. Please tell your staff that they did great and we appreciate it!”

“I got my usual - half Mediterranean veggie sandwich with a bowl of broccoli cheese soup. My girls shared a large macaroni and cheese with a bowl of broccoli cheese soup but started eating it before I was able to take a picture. The bread for the sandwich was much thicker than I usually get when I go to Panera and order the same thing. I’m not sure why, maybe it was just cut thicker. The girls loved their macaroni and broccoli cheese soup. They like to put their shell noodles into their soup and eat it together. There was no line on Labor Day and barely anyone inside so it was easy to find a booth and the wait for the food wasn’t too long. Overall it was good but I was disappointed by the thickness of the bread.”

“Hugh has a wonderful shop. We ordered the Prince Harry tea set. It came with endless pots of your choice of tea, Scottish shortbread cookies, a classic Motorloaf (loaf of bread with the middle removed and replaced with small savory sandwiches), and a choice of two marvelous scones with apricot and raspberry preserves. The atmosphere is perfect, and Hugh occasionally relates stories of growing up in England. Loved it. Will definitely recommend.”

“They're usually pretty good, best times of day to go are between 9 am to 11 am, 1pm-4pm. And maybe after 8 pm. I base that on the traffic in that area. If you go during peak hours, when traffic is hardest, expect to wait in the drive thru for about 10 minutes or more. They are a truck stop after all and right off the interstate makes them a prime target for traffic. They have never gotten my order wrong and are always polite. I always choose this location over others in Georgetown”

“My husband and I had just returned to Kentucky from Ohio. We were tired and hungry. There were not a lot of people in line but there was an extended wait time. However the young man who waited on us was phenomenal, awesome, exceptional. His customer service was great! He never became impatient or frustrated despite working the Cash register alone. He made the best strawberry shake we have had. He should be the face of customer service for McDonald's! Kudos to him!!!!”
