“My wife and I are new to Kentucky and the Lexington area, and Michael Prather and his team were truly wonderful in helping us find a new home! Overall, his team was professional, had great communication, provided updates, quickly scheduled multiple virtual tours for us, took the time to get to know us and our interests, and showed us around town multiple times to give us a lay of the land and for in-person tours when we were able to fly into Lexington. When it came time that we were ready to make an offers Michael and his team did their homework and consulted multiple colleagues to vet the value of the home and to justify an offer below asking price. Michael was instrumental in the difficult negotiations process and really came through for us in the end, securing our dream hobby farm home at a reasonable price. Most of all, Michael is just an all-around great guy who is very sociable and knows everyone, making recommendations for the best restaurants to visit, what to do in the area, and who to hire for various jobs around the home. Further, Michael continues to check in on us months after we moved here to make sure we are settling in and connected. “Our washer had broken which prompted a trip here. Atmosphere is typical for a laundromat (see pictures I attached). Washing machine prices vary from $2.50 to $4.25 depending on the capacity you wish to use. Dryers offer 5 minutes of drying for 25¢. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming. They turned on cartoons for our kids to make the process quick and smooth. ”
