“I called Hometown Dental for the first time with a dental emergency and to start right off the receptionist Lauren, who returned my call was as pleasant as could be. Then when I made it to the short notice appointment that was made for me, the other receptionist Kayla greeted me with a smile and kindly took my information and told me to wait. I couldn't have been there longer than two minutes before my name was called and I went back to be seen. The dental assistant Brooklyn, again, treated me so nicely and friendly before Dr.D. came back and solved the emergency with a smile in just a few moments. But, I think mask preference depends on a lot of factors-none of which the respiratory therapist can control. I’ve found Rotech easy to work with, though somewhat informal, which I don’t mind. Overall nice people. So far.”
