(July 8, 2021, 2:32 pm)They were very fast and efficient while processing the vandalism claim on my car. They dealt straight with my insurance company but they were still there to answer any questions or concerns that I had. My car ended up being totaled out. They gave an excellent and fair price to replace my car, which was a manual 5 speed transmission. It is really hard to find a manual 5 speed in newer cars. They make these weird automatic 6 speed. It's only a manual if it has a clutch and you shift it with the shifter not some little buttons on the side. That's just weird. PERIOD.
