“I called Hittle's after waiting for an hour for my "roadside assistance" which wasn't. They told me someone would be there to get me and my car in 30 minutes. Harley arrived in 24 and had me at the car dealer service center in another 20. Outstanding response time and service during a busy Monday morning commute. I won't bother with roadside assistance anymore. I was quite relieved and grateful someone still knows how to take care of a customer in a stressful situation.”

“I am very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism. They fixed some curb rash on my wheels and refinished them in satin black, repaired some ppf, and removed two small dings on my 911. They cleaned her up before I picked her up too. They were not cheap nor expensive IMO, but let’s face it, ya get what you pay for. “I stopped by this location a few weeks ago for a regular oil change. Ive got almost 70,000 miles on my vehicle now and they told me my vehicle manufacturer recommended a transmission fluid flush. I was in a hurry that day, but got pricing for it. Soon after I ended up at the store I bought my tires getting them rotated and they told me I needed an alignment. I called the place I get alignments and asked them about the transmission fluid service. I figured if they could do both services then I would save a step. They said they could so I scheduled it. I dropped my vehicle off and they had it for 5 hours. Major inconvenience. When I got the call it was ready they informed me they couldn't so the transmission service that I would have to go to the dealership and have it done. I was pretty annoyed because they had my car forever and only did the alignment. After calling the dealerships, I was quoted $350 and another 3-4 hours for that. I figured since the other place couldn't do it that Valvoline had just told me they could when maybe they actually couldn't. I scheduled with the dealership. Then one day I was driving by this location again and though what the heck I'll just have them double check. I pull in and they check things out and they absolutely can do the service!! The dealership quoted $350 and 3-4hrs. Valvoline had me serviced in 20 mins and for $145 (I had a 20% off coupon). Hands down recommend them. We are headed off on a road trip and I know our family vehicle is in good safe shape! I also like that I could see them performing the service.”
