“Ordered a hoodie on September 19th, 2022. Order status still says processing!! Almost a month and nothing. Have written twice and still no answer to either email. Wish I would have found these reviews BEFORE I placed an order!!!!!! Terrible customer service!! Hopefully the hoodie comes, even if football season will be over by then!! Got this to wear to my Grandsons football games!! Would have never ordered if I knew it would be this long!! UPDATE: I received an email saying that my order was out for delivery the morning after I wrote this review. The hoodie is absolutely perfect and seems to be great quality. Just wanted to update my review. Thank you PREPSPORTS for taking care of my issue so promptly. Your company should answer emails from customers like me that just want an update! Shouldn’t wait for a public post to be put up!! Again, I do appreciate the promptness taking care of my order! Thanks!!”
