“We had a wonderful time bowling. It was a very clean and friendly environment, prices weren't too bad for being in Louisville. Pretty decent selection of bowling balls, different size holes and different weights. I only noticed a few balls that looked like they need to be replaced. Shoes ran a little big in sizes which is always good. There is a small restaurant and Bar area. They have a party room with a handful of arcades so you can plan a birthday party. And for the professional bowlers there was a shop where you can purchase gloves, bags, balls Etc We were playing build a monster which I have never played before it was fun for all of us. And when I say all I mean three adults and two children. You only got to bowl once each turn though instead of two times like you would in a traditional game. Here are the reasons I give four stars instead of five. Easily fixable issues, please take this as constructive criticism. First there was no way to switch to the traditional scoreboard once you were in the monsters menu. It was fun the first few games and then we wanted to switch back and forth but there wasn't an option. I'm sure we could have went to the front desk every time and asked but shouldn't really have to considering we were paying by the hour it burns up your time waiting in line. Second there was also no bumpers for the kids. I searched around in the menu and again I'm sure you could have went to the front desk and burnt up some of your time asking for it. I have never been to a bowling alley where it wasn't available in the menu to set for each individual child. The biggest complaint would be how loud the intercom system was. There were speakers on the ceiling pointed down towards us at an angle. Every time anyone would talk into the intercom system it was extremely loud to the point where the kids were covering their ears. Yes that loud. And it's not like it only happened occasionally they were doing drawings and other stuff and they were constantly on the intercom every 5 minutes or so. It became annoying rather quickly especially when you're waiting for the children to uncover their ears to bowl.”
