(June 14, 2021, 7:48 am)Luis, a store manager, was so helpful that we were able to find our desired laminate floor. He has a detailed and throughout knowledge of the flooring and recommended the best products that meet our needs.
(November 29, 2019, 9:27 pm)The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful with out being pushy. She was the only one working. A contractor came in who was having a problem with delivery. He was calm and confirmed that she had checked to make sure it would be delivered. She took the next step and phoned the warehouse. Don't know what the resolution was. But the contractor seemed okay with it.
