When my mom was in the hospital several of the staff went to visit her on their own time. The owners and the director are so helpful and thoughtful. The staff really know the residents well and are always thoughtful to know their preferences. The residents are also friendly and caring. When my mom came back from the hospital everyone took special time to greet her and welcome her back. The staff all told me how much they missed her and were so happy she was back. They always carefully explain what they are going to do beforehand. I completely trust their skill and expertise. The doctor always calls personally the same evening to check in with us! Not the nurse, but the doctor himself! He will follow up with repeated phone calls if necessary. Who does that anymore? Have friends who have shared the same experience. It can sometimes be difficult to find a doctor you are completely comfortable with. This is a great place to go!”
