“Went in for a 10K mile service. The tech recommended new tires. I find this ironic since the car was purchased from this dealer 4 months and 6k mile ago. The tires still have ample tread and are not in need of replacement. No reference to the tire replacement recommendation was on my service order. The basic service was performed on time and without any issues. In my experience, service has never been an issue with Bluegrass Audi. Maintenance is performed on time and correct the first time.”

But I also had two specific issues that I wanted addressed one that required parts and the other were some special winter tires. One was internally engineered and the other was delivered quickly.
