Micah was surprisingly easy to work with; despite owning a V6 Mustang and having way too many pictures of his cat, named Shrimp, he’s actually a really cool guy! 😀 The sales manager, Nick, was a strong closer while simultaneously balancing being both fair and transparent, which was actually refreshing after previous experiences with sales managers who only know how to negotiate from one extreme end of the spectrum or the other. “This place is awesome they're 100% honest and upfront with you The manager there who goes by Jeremy is a really good GUY! I feel like he went the extra mile, even with the phone ringing Non-Stop he invited me into the bay an pulled a couple of bad parts out from under my hood and physically showed them to me, as well as explained the situation of what's going on with my vehicle... Chevrolet swore up and down I had bad spark plugs but meineke cleared that up real fast for me... In actuality one or more of the previous owners ran synthetic mix instead of full synthetic so I needed a complete oil system flush and a pair of new vvt's. Any and all car maintenance from this point forward will be going through this establishment I'm very pleased with the service performed on my vehicle.”

He was sending me pictures of the transmission replacement, recommendations for other things, what could wait, what needed to be done now. He installed a brand new 6L80 Transmission on my 2012 Cadillac Esacalade EXT and I haven't had any issues since then. He really goes above and beyond the typical customer experience to ensure you are comfortable and well taken care of. I'll be using him for any further work on any of my vehicles. “First, I'd like to start this review by stating that I went in with a certain budget in mind; After speaking to Patrick, he listened to me on what I was looking to achieve and then told me how he could help. I took his advice and continued with the install. After picking up the truck, I was not happy with the way it sounded. We took it back, and Patrick did everything he could do to make me a happy customer. I am thrilled he was able and also knowledgeable enough to help change the issue I was having. By far the best customer service I have gotten. There was another employee who was rude and downright disrespectful there who works the front counter. I would advise only dealing with Patrick! You'll be glad you did.”
