“Transparent, honest, and genuine…3 words I wouldn’t normally use to describe anyone in the car business (including my own brother), but that’s exactly what you get with the Knox Ford sales team! Micah was surprisingly easy to work with; despite owning a V6 Mustang and having way too many pictures of his cat, named Shrimp, he’s actually a really cool guy! 😀 The sales manager, Nick, was a strong closer while simultaneously balancing being both fair and transparent, which was actually refreshing after previous experiences with sales managers who only know how to negotiate from one extreme end of the spectrum or the other. Overall, great car buying experience! If you’re in the market for a new car, truck, van, or SUV, go see the guys at Knox Ford!”

“I absolutely love this shop. It has been locally owned and operated by the same family for 35 years. They originally started out carrying home decor. But in the last few years they added a boutique for plus size customers. Their high quality, stylish clothing and beautiful jewelry are very reasonably priced. They also offer personal shopping and live presentations two to three times weekly. And the thing that sets them apart from others is their customer service. All of the employees, including the owners, go out of their way to assist their customers. A big shoutout to Peggy and Amber for their amazing customer service skills!!! It doesn’t matter if you are in the shop or shopping via phone, they give you 100%. And did I mention that they personally answer their phone (I like to talk to a human being and not a robot telling me to push buttons). So give The Red Brick Cottage a try just like I did and You’ll never regret that decision.”

“This place is awesome they're 100% honest and upfront with you The manager there who goes by Jeremy is a really good GUY! I feel like he went the extra mile, even with the phone ringing Non-Stop he invited me into the bay an pulled a couple of bad parts out from under my hood and physically showed them to me, as well as explained the situation of what's going on with my vehicle... Chevrolet swore up and down I had bad spark plugs but meineke cleared that up real fast for me... In actuality one or more of the previous owners ran synthetic mix instead of full synthetic so I needed a complete oil system flush and a pair of new vvt's. Any and all car maintenance from this point forward will be going through this establishment I'm very pleased with the service performed on my vehicle.”

“Pretty decent sized well stocked store. Friendly helpful staff. Can often find things here other stores are out of stock of, such as the last minute Easter Candy I got Saturday. My only complaint with this location is the wait time at the Pharmacy. All of the staff that I have encountered seem to be helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman who normally mans the drive-thru. One of my children has two prescriptions that get picked up monthly. The times that I have gone inside to pick up a prescription they're always seems to be more than enough people working in the pharmacy. I don't know why it's such an issue when everything else pretty much works without a hitch but the amount of time waiting to pick up a prescription, can get to be incredibly lengthy at times. More often than not I am waiting over an hour. This is not an exaggeration. I have been sitting in the Drive-Thru for an hour and a half one time when I finally couldn't wait any longer and just drove off. I don't think there's ever been a time I've been able to pick up a prescription in less than half an hour. Just be prepared to wait to get your medicine.”

My purchase at this lot was predicated solely on the fact that they happened to have the model I was looking for. That said, holy hell, Galen made me happy I did. He worked with me over the course of several calls to get a price I was comfortable with, made sure I arrived safely and comfortably to the lot after flying from out of state and was able to seal the deal when I know he was putting in extra hours to do it.
