“This hotel is great. Everything was very good; I would have given five stars but the bathroom was not quite as freshly updsted and nice as the rest of the room and hotel. The tub was awesome though; the first time a hotel actually made good on the advertisement of a jet tub and it did not disappoint. My son spent a good 30 minutes in the tub and was sad to be pulled out!”

“Ashley is the best! I was having an extremely frustrating time resolving an issue regarding my stimulus check and its deposit in my joint account with my husband. I live in CA and he lives in KY for work. I was incorrectly transferred to Ashley, after being shuffled around, hung up on, shuffled again, told I'd be call back as soon as they were available, shuffled and hung up on again, for 3 hrs. I was extremely frustrated, my anxiety was high, this had been an issue I've been trying to resolve since the end of April. She went above and beyond because others failed to do a decent job. There had been so much misinformation from rep to rep. The thing is, I think Ashley might just be naturally an awesome person, and it makes her great at customer service. The elderly lady that checked us in was SUPER FRIENDLY answered all our questions an just SO nice enjoyed talking w her. The breakfast was kinda disappointing w not much selection ... Coffee an creamer /sugar in room could have had extra packets. I'll definitely be staying there again ... ????????”

He was originally supposed to get them after 4pm the day after pickup, when I explained the situation they expedited the order telling me it would be here by 10am, we received the order back by 8:30am and the guest was THRILLED!!”
