Nice amenities at this park. Docks are nice and convenient. Friendly residents and super helpful staff. Community building has activities and is outfitted with pool table, gaming tables, etc etc.

Best community nice friendly people

Came up from the fort meyers area to visit my grandparents for a few days. The park is well kept and quiet.I'm only giving it 4 stars because i see people here with dogs over the size limit which is unfair because my grandmother had to give up her dog (which belonged to her son who passed away) and these people are allowed to keep theirs simply because the administration fails to hold everyone to the same standards. There was also non residents who were also not over night guests using the pool with their 3 children. When asked who they were visiting they couldn't give an answer, my grandmother says this happens often. Its kind of frustrating when youre here to spend quality time with your family and your stuck listening to kids who aren't even allowed in the park (nor do they contribute to the upkeep of the pools) but the administration does nothing about it even though it has been brought to their attention.

Wonderful community. Much more than we had hoped for at this time of our lives. And did I say great new friends 😎
