“Some of the best BBQ we've ever eaten. The sauces are fantastic. We recommend the brisket for sure. The take out as well as dine in work well. The place does fill up fast and and its a little tight inside the restaurant. The parking is gravel so low profile cars probably not recommended. We've eaten here multiple times and have always left happy and satisfied. Thanks to the staff for great food and great service.”

“I love this place! I don't have to walk all over Krogers or WalMart anymore when ever I need to shop during the week. They have everything you need right here. Everything! The word is getting out about Crossroads! They are beginning to take a lot of Krogers, WalMart, and FAMILY DOLLARS business. Their prices are better than any store in this town! They have Subways, a huge drink and Slurpee department, meats, dairy, produce, everything. And they have the nicest cleanest restrooms you ever seen. And they're popping up all over town! This place has become my go to store. They have a lot of things you can't find at Krogers or WalMart! Give them a few more months. Wal-Mart and Krogers will be on the ropes crying uncle soon.”

“Eileen is the best. Last month I was at a horse show in NY with my trailer and when I went to hook up to go home the battery for the hitch was dead. I called mechanics, I called US rider, I called the show office, stopped maintenance people just to get a little help. And after three hours no one would help me. Then I thought to myself I will call the dealership. Lucky me Eileen picked up the phone and step-by-step knew exactly how to manually use the Jack. she stayed on the phone with me until I figured it out on a Sunday afternoon. I can’t say enough about her customer service considering I bought the trailer two years ago and I live in Massachusetts. Thank you Eileen you’re a lifesaver. It is incredibly refreshing to actually receive customer service I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.”

“I stopped in today for a new battery and installation which should have been a quick in and out, but due to corrosion and buildup on my battery and a seized up terminal it took way longer than expected. Deshay and Jawan provided great customer service during the process and let me know what was going on. About 20 minutes into the job I was expecting to be told they would not be able to remove the old battery, but that did not happen. Despite the time and difficulty they followed through and got me set up. Deshay even let me know about the rewards program/email list and how I could get coupons to save money in the future. I will definitely be returning to this location.”

“The tour was amazing! I took my daughter (13) and she found it so interesting. It's amazing on what they all do there at their location. Watching the surgeries was super cool. It is worth going and taking in all they have to show you. They do amazing things there and glad they are able to help the animals in need. The tour guide was very informative and knew her stuff. It was an amazing tour and probably take it in again in the future!”
