“Unlike most doctors offices, the staff is made up of mostly former addicts. They are all very humble and real. This clinic will do EVERYTHING in their power to help people who truly want to live a drug free life. They also understand that marijuana is not dangerous and can help some with their sobriety. “They tend to bounce you around from place to place, though I'm sure that is sometimes needed to find the answers they need. Other than that, Dr. Ertel is such a nice guy. As soon as you see him, any sort of health anxiety you may have had disappears. He's a kind hearted man, and has no problem simplifying medical information so that you can more easily understand the situation. He also has no problem listening to you, which is a good change from most doctors. He listens to how you're feeling and every symptom you may be having. Most docs just wanna hear themselves speak, and get you out with a prescription asap. I'd recommend Ertel to anyone. If not for his professionalism, then for his cordial attitude.”

“All the staff at Dr. Farrer's office are always very nice and professional. DR. Farrer is nice and patient. Jennifer is always very patient with all of the patients that I bring in they all love her and she always explains everything that she is going to do and the tools she is going to use before she begins so that the patients are less scared. The offices are always clean as well as the waiting area and the bathroom. Dr. Farrer's office always gets the paperwork that I need to me in a timely manner. “Dr. Davis has been my doctor for about 10 years now. I started going to him when I was still living in Winchester and then I moved back to Georgetown and still go to him. I have never had a better doctor in my life . Yes sometimes you have along wait but that's because he takes his time with his patient's and is very good at what he does. He is very kind and compassionate also. Yesterday I saw him and I got a phone call from family member that was not a good call . Dr Davis heard the conversation and was very kind and compassionate and sat there and talked to me about it because I was upset. I consider him the best Doctor and one of the best human beings I've ever known.”
